Torke needed 7 trainees for its team. But it didn’t want to use the traditional recruitment process as all other agencies.
Create a mini-roadshow on Lisbon’s main creativity schools (Restart, Lisbon Ad School and Etic) where Torke did a battle of ideas with all the students. Within a few seconds, they had to give an idea to answer the unusual briefings that the Master of Ceremonies would give: if the idea was good, the contestant could stay in the briefing, if the idea was bad, he or she would be eliminated. If he was very good and would solve the briefing, he would gain the internship at the agency. Torke also did an online competition, so the whole country could participate. Overall more than 1000 ideas from more than 100 participants were send in. In the end, Torke could find the best trainees.
