Pernod Ricard asked TORKE for some ideas for its Tequila brand, Olmeca. Some mandatory’s of the briefing were: we had to ‘teach’ people that you should drink tequila with lemon and we had a competition to communicate (the opportunity to meet the band Faithless).
We ambushed Istanbul’s night with a rain of thousands of cardboard lemons, prompting a party wherever they were dropped. Behind those branded lemon slices, we had a special code which people could insert online and see if they had won the opportunity to meet the band.
